Ingredients

Toast / Toasties
Cooking Oil
Cheese Sauce
Tomato
Salted Egg
Liver Spread
Onion
Paprika
Mayonnaise
Ground Pork
Liempo
Beef Sirloin
Salt & Pepper
Soy Sauce
Red Onion
Brown Sugar
Garlic
Egg

Procedure

Classic Sisig on Toast:

To prepare grilled pork mixture:
1.) In a pot, ad onion and garlic and season with salt and pepper.
2.) Boil until fork tender.
3.) Grill pork and chopped into small cubes
4.) Combine chopped pork and red onion in a bowl and set aside.
To assemble toast:
1.) Spread the liver paste onto the toast.
2.) Top the chopped liempo mixture and add mayonnaise.
3.) Garnish with parsley.

Beef and Egg on Toast:

To prepare beef tapa:
1.) In a bowl, put beef, brown sugar, garlic, soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
2.) Mix well and marinate for 30 min .
3.) In a saute pan, drizzle oil and cook the beef tapa until well done then set aside

To prepare egg:
1.) in a bowl, beat the egg. ( you may season with salt and pepper)
2.) Cook the egg on a pan. Stir continuously until egg mixture is fluffy. Set aside after cooking.

To assemble toast:
1.) Scoop the scrambled egg onto the toast.
2.) Top the beef tapa onto the scrambled egg.
3.) Drizzle with cheese sauce and garnish with parsley if desired.
4.) Serve warm.

Garlicky longanisa on Toast:

To prepare Pork Longanisa:
1.) In a bowl, put ground pork, brown sugar, garlic, paprika and season with salt and pepper.
2.) Mix well and marinate for 30 min.
3.) In a saute pan, drizzle oil and cook the longanisa mixture until well done then set aside.
4.) In a bowl, combine longaisa mixture, tomato and salted egg.

To assemble toast:

1.) Spread a thin layer of mayonaise onto the toast.
2.) Top the longanisa and tomato mixture .
3.) Serve and enjoy.
