Baked Pandesal and Gravy

Creamy Gravy with crisp bacon and ham topped with herb & buttered pan de sal and mozzarella cheese and baked until golden and crispy.


4 pcs Gardenia Premium Pan de Sal
2 tbsp Butter, melted
1 tbsp Italian herbs

4 strips bacon, chopped
2 pcs Ham, Chopped
2 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Chicken broth
1/2 cup Cooking Cream
salt to taste
pepper to taste


1.) Slice Gardenia Pan de sal into small cubes and toss with melted butter and italian
herbs. Toast until golden brown.
2.) In a sauce pan, cook bacon and ham until fat melts. Add butter and continue
3.) Add flour and cook until slightly brown.
4.) add milk, chicken broth and cooking cream and mix it using a whisk to make it
smooth. Simmer until gravy becomes thick.
5.) Transfer gravy into a baking dish and top with the diced pandesal and top with
mozzarella cheese.
6.) bake until mozzarella cheese melts. Serve while it's hot.
