Butter Toast Silvanas
Ingredients5 pcs Egg Yolks
1 cup Unsalted Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
10 pcs Gardenia Butter Toasties, Crushed
2 1/4 cups Cashew Nuts
Procedure1. In a hot water bath, combine egg yolks and white sugar. Whisk together until sugar is fully dissolved and mixture has doubled in volume. Let it cool for 5 minutes.
2.) Whip mixture while adding room temperature butter.
3. Add vanilla extract and continue whipping until stiff peaks are formed.
To assemble silvanas:
1.Combine 2 cups of finely chopped cashew nuts and 3/4 cup crushed gardenia butter toasties on a plate.
2. Divide Gardenia butter toasties into 2.
3.) Add 1-2 tbsp of buttercream onto one side of the sliced toast.
4.) Add 1 tbsp or ore of finely chopped cashew nuts and sandwich the other sliced toaast on top.
5.) Cover all sides with buttercream and coat with cashew nuts & Gardenia Butter toasties mixture.
6.) Chill before serving.
