Creme Brulee on Butterscotch Cups
Ingredients-6 slices of Gardenia Butterscotch Loaf
-1 cup of All Purpose Cream
-1 cup of Fresh Milk
-100g Custard Powder
-1/2 cup Sugar
Procedure1. Take 6 small round baking dish and form the breads into a cup-like shape. Bake the dishes until the breads becomes crispy.
2. In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup of cream, 1 cup of milk, 100g of custard powder, and 1/2 cup of sugar.
3. Take out the butterscotch cups and let it cool.
4. Pour the custard mixture into the butterscotch cups and let it sit until the mixture becomes solid.
