Gadenia Bread Dumplings

Ingredients

5 slices nia Classic White Bread 
 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
 1/8 cup Spinach
 1/2 cup Cream Cheese
1    pc egg
 1/4 cup Evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste

For the Sauce:
 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1    Tbsp  Balsamic vinegar

Procedure

1. In a food processor, blitz Gardenia Classic White bread until grounded.
2. Transfer in a bowl and add parmesan cheese, chopped blanched spinach, cream cheese, egg and milk then season with salt and pepper
3. Mix until well combined.
4. Form into small balls and roll in all purpose flour then flatten it. Set aside.
5. Pan fry the mixture until golden brown.
To make the sauce:
1. In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and balsamic vinegar and mix well.
2. Serve and enjoy.
