Gardenia Corned Beef and Cheese Bread Rolls
IngredientsGardenia Classic White Bread 2 pcs
Quickemelt Cheese 1/4 cup
Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Mozzarella Cheese, grated 1/4 cup
Corned Beef 100g
Breadcrumbs 1/4 cup
Oil for Frying
Procedure1.) Using a rolling pin, flatten the bread and set aside and cover.
2.) spread mayonnaise onto the bread, add a layer of corned beef and cheese.
3.) roll the bread and make sure the ffilling is intact and seal the end.
4.) Slice the rolled bread into three and set aside. Dip the rolled bread in the beaten egg and dunk into the bread crumbs. Shake the bread gently to remove excess breadcrumbs.
5.) Fry until golden brown. Place the fried bread roll on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
6.) Serve while hot.
