Gardenia’s Black Forest Mille Feuille
Ingredients3 slices Gardenia Amazing Black Forest Loaf
2 tsp instant coffee powder
2 tbsp condensed milk
120 ml Heavy Whipping Cream, whipped
Procedure1. Dissolve Coffee powder with water
2. In a bowl, fold in the coffee mix to the whipped cream, add the condensed milk. Place inside the chiller for 30 minutes.
3. Trim off the sides of your Gardenia Amazing Black Forest Loaf and cut it into two.
4. Pipe the chilled coffee cream filling on the bread and then top it with another slice of bread.
5. Garnish it with chocolate shavings and pitted cherries
6. Plate and serve.
