Gardenia Beefy Ala Tacos

Gardenia High Fiber Wheat Raisin Loaf

240g Lean Ground Beef

1 pc Red Onion, chopped

Pinch of Salt

¼ tsp black pepper

1 Head Lettuce, shredded

Salsa

½ C Cheese, grated (for toppings)

Preparation:

  1. In a medium pan, sauté onions and ground beef until lightly brown.
  2. Using a strainer, drain excess oil coming from the beef. Set aside.
  3. Flatten each slice of bread using a rolling pin. Fold bread then insert in between of muffin tin to form taco shell. Toast for 5 minutes in 140C.
  4. Add beef, salsa, and lettuce then top with some cheese. Serve immediately and enjoy.
